The New Look eBid
Jan 15th
After the usual delays the new look eBid website is now with us. Although im not a fan of the new logo color, the site is without doubt far more cleaner and easier to use.
Among many changes are the addition of Fedex integration so that users will have three shipping options: Fedex, UPS and USPS; a faster bulk-uploading process; eBay importing; and more.
eBid said in December it had reached a high for total listings, reaching over 3.1 million and with live eBid Stores over the 10,000 mark for the first time.
Google Partners With eBid
Nov 10th
Google have just officially announced eBid as one of it’s first Product Search Marketplace Partners and not eBay.
Mark Wilkinson of eBid states “All our sellers are able to list items on eBid with zero listing fees that will show up in Google’s natural search results and also Google’s Product Search shopping engine, gaining significant exposure for their goods.”
Wilkinson added “We are flattered to be one of the three companies approached by Google for the Product Search Marketplace Partner Program inauguration. Google cited our experience in providing marketplace solutions as one of the reasons that they chose eBid. It is a great recognition and shows just how far we have come. We are very proud of our achievements to date.”

Site News & Updates
Welcome to our October newsletter. Where do the days go? It seems like only yesterday I was writing last month’s newsletter. So what’s been happening in the last 4 weeks at eBid?
We have hit the 3 MILLION mark for current number of live auctions and as promised we will be giving away US$3000 or equivalent in local currency to the lucky eBidder who listed the auction that ticked us onto 3,000,000. So who was it? Well here’s a clue, the auction ID is 20526500. Keep the listing going, we’ll be announcing a US$4000 prize soon for the 4 millionth auction to show appreciation for the loyalty and time our users have given to eBid over the years.
