Welcome to our October newsletter. Where do the days go? It seems like only yesterday I was writing last month’s newsletter. So what’s been happening in the last 4 weeks at eBid?

We have hit the 3 MILLION mark for current number of live auctions and as promised we will be giving away US$3000 or equivalent in local currency to the lucky eBidder who listed the auction that ticked us onto 3,000,000. So who was it? Well here’s a clue, the auction ID is 20526500. Keep the listing going, we’ll be announcing a US$4000 prize soon for the 4 millionth auction to show appreciation for the loyalty and time our users have given to eBid over the years.

As well as a record number of individual listings we have hit a record number of eBid Stores currently open. 9,935 is the current count and new stores being opened all the time. Open up to 5 eBid Stores for free with a Seller+ account.

We are also happy to announce this “should” be the last newsletter we send out whilst the old site is still live.

Even more good news is the sales figures on eBid, even before the end of October we are up 19% month on month from our September figures. Keep up the good work everyone.

Tip of the Month

eBid has the “My Bulk Edit” facility that allows you to make changes to your auctions en-mass. Add or edit your descriptions, prices, shipping details etc. Go to My eBid and click the link to start.

Competition Time
